That would be the Firefox browser — so long pal, you’ve been a good friend. I’ve officially moved to Google Chrome.
Today, the day before Christmas, being the first down time I’ve had in a long time I found my self doing something I enjoy immensely — being a nerd. I have had the “demo Google Chrome” item on my to do list for a long time and this morning I gave it a spin. Wow!
After a very quick set up and install I dove right into the Options – Extensions area to see how long it would take me to crash the shiny new browser. I’m still trying!
I have to admit that the Social Media extensions are excellent and I can immediately seen a giant leap in speed and proper rendering. Productivity just moved up many notches. Now keep in mind that the browser wars are real and if you use any Microsoft portal products, you’ll not be throwing IE away anytime soon — some things will never change.

Google Chrome is where it’s at – been using exclusively for almost two years. The one thing I occasionally have to use IE for would be interactive PDF files.
